The tool covers the most common homeowners insurance denial categories: Wear & Tear / Maintenance, Pre-Existing Damage, Not Covered / Exclusion, and Underpaid / Low Estimate. Within each category, you select a specific sub-reason before you pay. If your situation is not listed, you will see that before any payment is required.
I paid but cannot access my letter.
After payment, Stripe redirects you back to the tool. If you were disconnected, email us at support@claimrebuttal.com with your Stripe receipt and we will assist you promptly.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final. No refunds are issued once access has been granted. Please review the tool and confirm your denial type is covered before purchasing. See our Terms of Use for full details.
I need to change something in my letter.
Your letter is fully editable after it is generated. Simply click anywhere inside the letter text and type your changes before downloading or printing.
Do you store my personal information?
