When you use the ClaimRebuttal letter generator, you enter personal information including your name, property address, claim number, insurance company name, and related claim details. This information is entered into a form that runs entirely within your browser. It is not transmitted to, stored on, or processed by any ClaimRebuttal server.
Your appeal letter is created entirely on your device using the information you enter. We do not receive, store, access, or retain any portion of the letter you generate. Once you close your browser window, your data is gone.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor. ClaimRebuttal does not collect, see, store, or handle your credit card number or any payment credentials. Your payment data is governed exclusively by Stripe's privacy policy, available at stripe.com/privacy.
ClaimRebuttal does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics tools that collect personal data. We do not track your behavior across other websites. We do not sell your data to any third party.
This service is intended for adults dealing with homeowners insurance claims. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 18.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
